If you are interested in a guest lecture, scheduling a statistical workshop, or working with me on a research project or policy evaluation please reach out (email isilver at rti.org or below). I specialize in translating complex data into actionable insights for stakeholders across health, policy, and criminal justice sectors. I have mentored and taught students and staff members for 5 years, teaching them the process of executing large research projects (e.g., the National Pretrial Reporting Project), publishing academic research and practitioner focused research, and conducting statistical analyses. Over the course of my career, I have served as the statistical consultant on research projects funded by NIH, NSF, and BJA, as well as helped colleagues prepare grant applications to state and federal agencies. Moreover, I have extensive teaching experience, teaching more than 15 full courses throughout my career in various capacities (Teaching Assistant, Assistant Professor, Adjunct Professor). I am more than willing to teach any of these methods or find time to help with research projects and policy evaluations!
